Fluctuations in the price of oil—especially the periodic increases in fuel prices—are of growing concern to motorists, who wonder when gasoline will break the barrier of one thousand pesos per liter. Thus, on the few occasions when the price of this product falls, service stations are jammed with drivers seeking to seize one last chance at cheap gasoline.
