The collusion charges brought by the National Economic Prosecutor (FNE, Chile's antitrust authority) against the three largest pharmacy chains sparked a scandal. But perhaps even more controversy has been caused by the fact that Fasa –the chain that reported and admitted the offense– is cooperating with the authorities in exchange for a reduction in the fine it faces.
