      Abstract

      Since the late 1990s, Chile has been implementing a set of reforms to modernize its justice institutions, among them the reforms of criminal, labor, family, and competition justice and, in the near future, of civil justice. One important area, however, that of the judiciary's auxiliary bodies, remains stagnant and calls for a thorough review to determine which of its aspects need to be modernized. Continue reading...
