Abstract

On August 9, 2016, the President of the Republic, in a nationwide broadcast, called for an agreement among the various political sectors with the aim of improving Chile's pension system. Less than a year after that call, on April 12 of this year, also in a nationwide broadcast, the President announced the drafting of a
