Indústria 4.0 e desempenho das PMEs em economias emergentes: uma análise comparativa dos modelos de negócio B2B, B2C e B2G

O estudo avalia os efeitos das tecnologias da Indústria 4.0 sobre o desempenho das pequenas e médias empresas (PMEs) chilenas, analisando uma amostra de 536 organizações e diferenciando os modelos de negócio B2B, B2C e B2G. Os achados demonstram que o impacto tecnológico não é uniforme: as tecnologias de base (nuvem, big data) melhoram significativamente o desempenho nos modelos B2B, ao passo que as tecnologias front-end (IA, robótica) impulsionam as empresas B2C. Em contraste, as restrições institucionais nos ambientes B2G neutralizam os ganhos derivados da adoção digital, sugerindo a necessidade de políticas públicas diferenciadas
