      Abstract

      In Chile today, of every 10 couples who decide to marry, 7 bring their marriage to an end. According to Civil Registry data, in 2011 66,000 couples entered into marriage, while more than 47,000 divorced. In addition, according to Sernam (Chile's National Women's Service), 192,000 claims for unpaid child support were filed during 2010, a 60% increase over the previous year. Continue reading...
